Re: Name calling
there is a tendency in people to create jokes about Pathans and Memons in Pakistan. One of my friend came from an area, which was badly affected by Dakus in late 80s and early 90s. When he told that he was from that area, people used to say ‘wohi daku wala ilaqa’. Once a friend from Karachi asked him ’ tumhare ilaqe ki specialty to Daku hain’ and in reply he said ’ Boriyon se lashen to Karachi se milti hai’.
