Namaz question.

Asalam-o-alaikum

I have a question..sometimes when I’m praying namaz like 4 rakats farz and after 2 rakats when we sit for Altehiyat..Mai kabhi kabhi ghalti se Salam phair deti hoo.

So what should I do after that? I mean should i repeat my namaz again or I should continue next 2 rakats?

Jab salam pahir diya tou namaz khatam ..it will be counted as Nafl now. You have to repeat your namaz.

Bat to theek hai apki...Magar koi thread koi blog miss na jaye bas yehi khayal laga rehta hai idhar.

Make up the 2 raka'a that you missed and do the "sajda sahv".

As per the link and I just saw this thread ...

If the salam is made and you don't talk to anyone and stay in your general place and realise then what you do is stand back and continue to pray and end it with sajdah sauhf ...
