i have this pendent with human figure. When i pray if i am wearing i hide it under clothing and take dupatta.But i was wondering if its permissible or i shud take it off before praying?
I know guys dont wear T-shirts with human figures to mosque.

Somebody told you its oky if you hide pendent under clothing while praying and its permissible. Somebody else ask you the same question and you will say 'Yes/Permissible' because you were told like that. So that 'somebody' will inform others and those others will tell others in affirmation. Isn't looks like innovating something new? Maybe or maybe not.
Anyhow back to your question. If possible take it off while praying, if due to some reason you can't than hide it under clothing and offer your pray **but if this pendent interrupt your prayers (while praying suddenly you were thinking about pendent) then get rid from it permanently.

Either you hide it or take it off while offering prayers but better you take it off as it have a human figure.
