Salam 
I wanted some guidance on how to pray.
Such as Fajar what do you read and the actions, i.e how many times you need to go to the semi sajda , and then to the floor.
I am trying to teach my too far mature cousin who questions everything so iād rather print things off and put it on the fridge for her to learn!

You can look at youtube videos that demonstrate how to do namaz.
The semi sajda position is called "ruku."
