guys how do you read namaaz e hajaat en which dua do you have to read after or before or in it??Please explain in details

The dua is called "dua Hajaat" I sometimes read this after i pray.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Awfa (RA) se rawayat hai ke Rasul'Allah (SAW) ne farmaya:
"Jis shakhs ko Allah ki taraf koi haajat ho ya kisi banday se koi kaam ho to wudhu kar ke 2 rak'aat namaaz ada kare phir Allah T'Aala ki ta'reef kare aur Nabi (SAW) per durood bejhe, phir yeh du'a parhe:
لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ وَعَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ وَالْغَنِيمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ وَالسَّلامَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ لا تَدَعْ لِي ذَنْبًا إِلا غَفَرْتَهُ وَلا هَمًّا إِلا فَرَّجْتَهُ وَلا حَاجَةً هِيَ لَكَ رِضًا إِلا قَضَيْتَهَا يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
La ilaha ilAllahul Halimul Karim. SubhanAllahi Rabbil 'rshil adheem. Alhamdulilahi Rabbil 'alameen. As'aluka mujibaati rahmatik. Wa aza'ima magh-firatik. Wal ghanimata min kulli birr. Was salamata min kuuli ithm. La tada' li dhamban illa ghafartah. Wa la hamman illa far-rajtah. Wa la hajatan hiya laka ridan illa qadaytaha. Ya arhamar rahimin.

I ask You (O Allah) everything that leads to Your Mercy, and Your tremendous Forgiveness, enrichment in all good, and freedom from all sin.
Do not leave a sin of mine (O Allah), except that You forgive it, nor any concern except that You create for it an opening, nor any need in which there is Your good pleasure except that You fulfill it, O Most Merciful!
