anyone ever have this white stuff in ur nail…no not the top of it where all the dirt ends up..but in between ur nail..n it’s like white as milk n u get tiny spots of it…
this time i have a huge blob on my nail..wth r those things they wierd me out sumtimes 
A lot of people say its a calcium deficiency but I think thats now been proved to be an old wives tale. As far as I know, it's usually caused by damage to the nail bed, ie a hard knock to the nail or when you use nails to pry stuff open etc.

eating less might help :)
It's a combination of lack of calcium and hitting your nail against something hard - kinda like the nails way of bruising.
