My Urdu isn't good so I don't know if I understand your question. But it sounds like you injured your toenail and it's either coming off or already came off.
You cannot re-attach the nail. When you injure a toenail badly enough to cause bruising under the nail, the tissue attaching the nail to the toe will die over a few weeks and eventually the nail will fall off. You should keep the toe clean and if it's raw or sore, cover with a clean, breathable bandage and change once a day.
It will take 3-4 months for a complete new toenail to grow in.
Don't worry--I'm a distance runner and have lost my share of toenails. Just keep it clean and a new one will grow in---you just need to have some patience.

no you took me rong its not completely came offit got injured from middle of teh nail ..some blood and alland then it si grwoing normally just not attaching with skin growing normally from root till the place i got injured and from thre growing over skin ..i wana attach it back
