i had to trim his nails when he was only 6days old. I have to trim them every couple of days…they grow soo quickly. I use the baby clipper. The funny thing is my baby is 3 months n i have clipped his toe nails only once (i guess they dont grow at all.) I got the Ameican Red Cross grooming set as well.

My biggest issue is cleaning his nose

Ya the nose thing is an issue … most of the time if its not bothering him ( he can nurse without issues) I leave him alone. If not then I use a ball syringe to get stuff out.
