I am sure all the girls want to know abt this one. Ppl always have 2 views on this one. Either you can do wusu and put on nail polish and read namaaz…and when ur wusu breaks just do wusu again and you don’t have to take it off…others say that u have to take the nail polish off if ur wusu breaks in order to read namaaz again…so what is the actual rule??? Anyone know and is it written any where? Thanks.

You can offer Salah if you have maintained your Wudhu even if you are wearing nail ploish.
However, you can not perform wudhu if you are wearing nail polish. In such case, applying nail polish after doing wudhu and then performing salah is PERFECTLY OK.

i myself believed in option number 2....but then my bhabi told me that no even if u do wusu and it breaks the wusu under the nail polish still remains....and then my sisters in laws told her the samething....so thats why I wanted to clearify...thanks for all ur info. :)

its not that its not allowed during namaaz aly-sam, its just on the issue of wuzu... nail polish does not allow water to pass through onto the nails thus if you have nail polish on and you do wuzu your finger nails will still be dry because the water did not touch them
you have to make sure all the places you need to wash when making wuzu are wet
