You see these conditions primarily BECAUSE people do not pay taxes. The little problem is that the people evading taxes are the decision makers in this country.

I guess the problem is not that people do not pay taxes. The problem is that the government and regulatory bodies do not COLLECT taxes.

Ok what about the amount they have saved in Swiss banks, from where they got that. Everyone knows about it but does that make any difference, and they are still filling those accounts, from where. Surely they do get taxes
