sweetequation is right.

If I was a millionaire living in Pakistan I would also try to avoid paying taxes. Rather than filling the bank accounts of Zardari and his Chamcha party, I would invest that money towards infrastructure for the poor and needy, preferably those in my immediate surroundings. What I’d find wrong on the other hand is, if you don’t pay taxes so that you can keep that money for yourself.

So, you think that a teacher making 25k per month should pay taxes (deducted from his/her pay), but millionaires should keep their money because Zardari may steal it?
