I am not even sure if she is on only for Eid days or she will be having a regular show with them?! I have a feeling it wl be the latter.
I watched the very first show i.e on Eid day and it got pretty emotional with her very dil ki baat outburt Felt sorry for her though i m definately not her fan. I do think she has the best hosting talent from all the morning show hosts however i never thought much of her as a person cuz of her over the top ways. But anyways it was good to see her back as finally you can see someone on tv who can speak her mind, speak well and basically hold on to her own :k:.
I saw half and hour of the eid transmision show and the catch bits of her show the next day and thought it was quite boring as same guests were sitting there for like 3hrs and they were playing childish games lol i guess the duniya team’s production is to be blamed for it though!
All they do is play childish games on these eid shows which has gotten so boring it's not even funny. That's all I've seen during the last several years.
I watched the beginning part.... she mentioned her children but not her husband not even once so may be her separation rumors are true. Anyways, I used to criticize her a lot and rightly so but we can't deny she's the original queen of morning shows the trend setter rest just copied her. I have a feeling Shaista had played some part in getting her kicked out from Geo. I find Nadia better than Shaista because Shaista is a hypocrite. She said she was not interested in working for Geo but once she got the opportunity, after Nadia's departure, she lapped up the offer. Because Nadia is far more talented, creative and witty than Shaista , she'll give her a run for her money. I wish her best of luck.
Nadia is far more well spoken and witty than the rest of dumb hosts. She has a sense of humor that gives her an edge over others. I agree with ZareenKhan she can hold on to her own.
I think she mentioned her divorce in hidden words…when she said i needed to get rid of people that have hurt me. Obviously no women is gonna wanna say such a thing outloud on tv.
there are way too many morning shows with the same stuff everywhere. Watched a few minutes of her show where Syed Noor was on. Didn't really care for it since she's still going to do the same old thing - invite guests and not do her research on them. I still remember when she invited Sami Yusuf to her show on Geo and did not ask any decent questions at all. It was painful to watch. I think the first thing she'll do is change that atrocious set LOL!
Yes very true :k: There was a time when there used to be something orginal about a morning show and when Nadia started off she was like the only one doing morning show in that style. But now each channel has a similar type of morning show with the same guests moving around each day. I guess the thing which keeps me slightly interested in Geos is that they bring in themes like now its wedding week which stops the show from getting boring and repetitive really.
Anyway back to the topic… Nadia should have a better set :halo:
What are you guys talking about? I for one was glad nadia khan was off the show because she never gave her guests a chance to speak. She always cut them off and began about her own self. Shaista wahidi is much much much more confident, graceful and is very good with all her guests and not to mention lets them speak. Nadia Khan is a jahil goof ball! No offense to any nadia fans but she can't speak for crap!
I only get geo , prime + ptv in pakistani channels so I didn’t know others are doing wedding weeks too :halo:> I mean on channels that we don’t get over here…
By themes I was talking about geo mere sasural, geo baharain , meri seheli/ dost that kind of thing…
i think that on eid, every1 was congratulating her for starting a morning show on dunya tv. but eventually something gone wrong because i didn't find her show on dunya. Allah knows the best !
