Re: Na’ats on Qtv-Pakistan
You must be joking and getting sarcastic.
MMA accepting a person in their folds who believes diversity is better than uniformity. man this is a joke of the century if you truly believe it.

Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
I came to the conclusion from your comments that if we would have been sitting in front of each other we would have fought on the topic because the comments are so contrasting. But the thing is serious and we should seek some solution to become united as a single Muslim community praying to Allah Almighty without making or considering anyone equal or superior to him following the path shown by the Holy Prophet Mohammad(P.B.U.H). May God pardon us all and lead to the right path.
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
Well fighting begins when one wants to impose his version by force!
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
Asaalamu alaikum,
I would just like to say that I agree that Naath Khawani is becoming, quite a problem on QTV, such as Zikr behind Naath Shareefs, and many Ulama Kiraam have objected to this.
BUT, We need to understand that the problem is with the Naath Recitors, such as ones that use Hindi Song Tunes etc, BUT not with the Naath Shareefs.

Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
Asaalamu alaikum,
Didnt Hassan bin Thabit Read Naat?
Didnt Ka'b Bin Malik Read Naat?
Didnt The Girls of Madinah Read Tala Al badru Alyna (naath) ?
So According to YOU, Naaths Are Bidat, so that means that the Sahabah e Kiraam are Bidati (MazhALLAH) And The Beloved Prophet (Salahu alaihiwasallam) for Listening to it (MazhALLAH)
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
Qadri_ Nice*Gal didn't know that.
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
Assalam o Alaikum!
Sahaba did not make it a practice as is done now like daily prayers or prior to daily prayers. This making that a part of Islamic daily, weekly or yearly practice is indeed a bid'at. You may read na'at in some occasion but do not consider that a part of the religious duty laid on Muslims. There is no order in any Hadis Sharif to say na'ats. Do not make it an excuse that the Prophet(SLM) has listened to the welcoming girls and to Hasan bin Sabit(R) for making arrangement of music and saying na'ats in different tunes.
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
LOL! Bro, you know you just made a lame post.
First of all, what is bida? It's innovation. You drive a car, motorcycle..etc is it bidaa?
Naat/Nasheed are not bidaa because this was there in the times of the Prophet(Pbuh). Now, if a group just wants to practice this more often then before, it doesn't mean it's bidaa. They perform their daily prayers, they stand up of tahajud, they go for hajj, they pay zakaat, they wear the sunnah, they do everything* according to shariah. So what's wrong if they do an EXTRA good deed by praising the Prophet(s) or worshipping Allah that way?
You need to set aside your anger for the 'other'... seriously you need to take away that concept of the 'other'.........i hope i made sense :)
Re: Na'ats on Qtv-Pakistan
I was at Islamabad airport a year ago, while coming back home. On display screens, the transmission started with Tilawat - e - Quran. Soon after, it switched to naats with some of the most abhorrent wordings composed of nothing but shirk.
Imagine, your flight is delayed by 4 hours, and you are standing there in a queue, and disgusting wordings are being blasted at full volume, it was nothing but mental torture.
I am not sure what kind of Islam the airport authorities were trying to spread...
