Naats following tunes of Songs..

As 12 Rabi ul Awwal is getting closer.. people have started playing Naats so loud.. even an Islamic Party (Sunni Tehreek and few others) organize installing huge speakers on major round abouts in city centers and Naat are played at full volumes..

Aaj main aik meeting main ja raha tha n rastay main aik naat full volume se chal rahee thee.. traffic k shor ki waja se mujhe words samajh nahi aye.. but it followed the tune of indian song “Main teri mohabbat main pagal hojaunga, mujhe aisa lagta hai, tujhe kesa laga hai”..

Few questions came to my mind:

  1. Kia itnay traffic k shor main full volumes main Naat play kerna theek hai? Iss se Naat ki bay’hurmati nahi hoti?

  2. Of course, do these so-called Islamic parties have any sense dat they are making Naats on indian tunes.. jinhain sun k hum word pe to dehaan nahi dete but song foran zehen main ajata hai?

actually ppl like bollywood music … simple reason public demand

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

molvis have heart too :D

They shouldn’t play out so loud except in a Mehfil.

Yeh Na’at ke be-hurmati hai

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

ahmer: you are so right:k:

loud speakers nahin honey chahiyeh kyun key kuch valid reasons mey se aik yeh key jub khwateen ki milaad hoti hey tou us mey naturally kuch loag un ki khoobsoorat awaaz suntey hein naat nahin aur khwateen ki awaz to ghar se bhi bahar nai jaani chahiyeh …aur naiki ka kaam bhi agar ghalat tareeqey se ho tou woh naiki nai rehti

  1. haan yeh ghalat hi nahin gunah hey…jese aap ko pooora gana yaad agaya…na’at shareeef mey bhi hur cheez ka khayal rahkna zaroori hey…key adaab melhooz rahey…SHIRK na kia gaya ho…aur muhhabbat aap ki adaaab key hi daairey mey rahey shirk na bunein…jis ka bohat sarey loag khayal nahin rahktey…

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

y not ban music first in pakistan .

as majority of ulema is of the view that music is not allowed as per shariah.

if we ban music first i think this issue will be automatically solved.

but kia karain "music tu rooh ki ghaza hay"

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

Allah aur Uske Rasool ke nam ke sath FAZOOL music is not only behurmati but also a great insult. baja uske wo bhi laoud speaker se

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

Are you talking about

1) naats on songs' tunes?

2) use of loudspeakers?

3) naats on loudspeakers?

4) songs on loudspeakers?

5) playing naats on loudspeakers in traffic noise?

I don't agree with these 5 points.

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

i once heard a nasheed that had the similar tune of "Tu cheez bari hai mast mast"...i couldnt help but tap my foot to the beat..lol.

Re: Naats following tunes of Songs..

.

  1. Is se koi behurmati nahi hoti, Naat kiya hay hamary Nabi :saw2: ki hamd-o-sana ki tarha UN ki tareef, UN se muhabbat ka izhaar karna hay. loud sound aap ke kano mei gai or aap ko sochany pr majboor kiya or aap ne thread kholi. Pata nahi k is ke bais kitnay logo ko fiada howa.

  2. Jo songs tunes used kartain hain woh darasal finta type pplz hain jo islam ko badnaam karne ki koshish kar rahain hain. Haan agar tunes is tarha ki hoo ke insaam ko aisa lage ke woh waqi Hamare Nabi :saw: ke dour mein hain to is mein koi harj nahi

Beshaq Allah SWT jise hadayt de ussy koi gumrah nahi kr sakta or jise gumrah kare to ussy koi rahe rast pr nahi la sakta

which itself is stolen from " dam mast qalander"....by Nusrat...

Come round full circle!!

:salam:

You know I’ve wondered at times do these people really recite, read or sing these Naats out of true love for the Prophet SAW or redress their love for melody into something that is acceptable.
