Finally we are going to have two new provinces. Everything is going to change except people's fate. While I am fully in favour of more administrative units in the country, nothing is going to change until the basic concept of governance changes.

What about Khairpur , that too was a Seraiki speaking STATE before it was merged in Pakistan .... of course it was in Sindh ....so no Question of division of Sindh ... irrespective of the unfairness to the Seraki speaking peoples 40% ] of Sindh.

Backwardness in Punjab is one reason to create more provinces whereas every inch of Sindh is a paradise in its own, thus requiring no split. Long live our politicians.
