Finally we are going to have two new provinces. Everything is going to change except people’s fate. While I am fully in favour of more administrative units in the country, nothing is going to change until the basic concept of governance changes.

What about Khairpur , that too was a Seraiki speaking STATE before it was merged in Pakistan … of course it was in Sindh …so no Question of division of Sindh … irrespective of the unfairness to the Seraki speaking peoples 40% ] of Sindh.

Backwardness in Punjab is one reason to create more provinces whereas every inch of Sindh is a paradise in its own, thus requiring no split. Long live our politicians.
