unginat rasteye bedel ker
beyshumaar jhooth keh ker
kaee batein dil meye chupa ker bhee
eitemaad paya jis neye
iss neye, sabr ka, aur wafa ka imtihaan liya
jeb sabit kadem paya,
tow der kerr veraan kiya, apna hee dil
apnee hee sotch ko nidhaal kiya
seb lemhoon ko bey-kaar kiya
jeb senbhel na saka, tow
apneye sathee ko hee gheseeth ker chela
aur apna gher towr ker chela
afsos, na kafee raha wohh gher iss ko
iss ko wohh gher na kafee raha

nokian70, sorry if the poem did not make sense to you. paraphrasing will not help because the reader of the poem can make own interpretation. if i can ask, read and share what do you feel the lines of the poem are indicative of?
