You mean, MQM thapa machine is so inefficient that they could only get 20000 thappa votes from 137 constituencies having 280,000 registered votes? 
And what about PTI getting 60000 votes from those 137 constituencies? It seems MQM is also inefficient when it comes to stopping opponents voting, rather boosted PTI votes, as PTI got more percentage of registered votes from those 137 polling stations then what they managed from 43 polling stations that got re-polling. How sad.
