Yes it can if intelligence agencies do not involve in politics and play leveling field for every one. However chances of winning back by PML(N) are more due to reasons I have mentioned in another thread.

No don't think so. Noon League has done some work since then in Lahore and PTI's not got the euphoric enthusiasm it did in 2013.

^^Every party who rules in whatever province does work. Since Punjab has unlimited resources, it can purchase bikau media and promote whatever it is doing.
However this proves that 2013 elections were sham, fraud and instrumental to favor one party to rule the country. IK wins or not is immaterial, credit goes to him for proving that.

I am not sure where I said it doesn't. PML(N) won the election using fraudulent methods, that much is becoming apparent. I answered the OP whether PTI would win the seats again or not, which they won't. I say that as a PTI man.

I agree with Shak. I think the only constituency where they may have a chance to win would be 154 of Jahangir Tareen. Even that would be a tough competition.

I really dont care who wins but i'm glad we are going to have bi-elections in these constituencies. Its so good for the system, no matter whoever wins. The roots of baby democracy is only going to flourish and thats one thing which we needed at this time.
If i've to give one name at this moment i'll say PML(N) will win but things are changing everyday so who knows wut happens in three months.

PMLN will win 122 and 125 and PTI will most probably win 154. Imran has never ruled Punjab and obviously there is no physical work to show for and that's what usually attracts people. Most of his votes were based on his credibility, fame, promises of change. On the other side PMLN spend huge amount of funds on Lahore and they have been doing it for decades now. Imran did extremely well to get number of votes he got in Lahore in the name of 'TABDEELI" which unfortunately can't be used in bi elections so easy victory for PMLN in Lahore at least. Even if PMLN wins bi elections, it will NOT prove that their 2013 mandate was genuine.

That is absolutely the difference, PMLN has been doing work in Lahore for decades whereas PTI relied on "wind of change" and PTI supporters won't even have half the enthusiasm they had in of 2013 because this time it is guaranteed that there will not be any change being a bi election. I hope the criminals who stole people's mandate and enthusiasm are punished if they want people to have faith in democracy.

PTI could've made a difference but after elections they acted as run-of-mill politicians and disappeared from the scene, why should people vote for PTI?
