Nobody cares really what designer designed your dress or about your little decoration pieces you put on the table that you made with your own hands. nobody is going to remember these things they will forget everything as soon as your marriage ceremony is over. so there is no need to get upset over such things like the stage decorations were not the colour that you wanted. relax. nobody really cares as much as you do . lol

Every wedding is the same…extravagant and lavish these days. I swear I saw the same 5 centerpieces last year…tall, ornate and obstructed the view completely.

The flowers, table cloths, napkins, favors, etc…its all the same. Meaning, if you want your wedding to be truly memorable, its probably not going to be the amount of money that makes it that way.

One wedding I attended had the couple asking the guests to not bring ANY gifts…to just donate to their local mosque instead.

And that was the one wedding…aside from my own…that truly touched me.

Not one other wedding sticks out in my mind and I’ve attended too many of them.

Conclusion : its a myth that a big wedding will be one that people remember or are awe struck by…no one is these days.

In Urdu it is called " her sair k lee-a sawa sair hota hay" translation, for your extravagance there is someone who is going to be more extravagant while their time comes and people will forget yours.

Op, I wouldn’t call those “myths.”

The occurrences can be called myths if they never occur or if they are “impossible.” But that is not so. Toxic in-laws and spouses do exist and so do exceptions. You can call these generalizations that aren’t an absolute, but they ain’t myths.

Naa chor key darhee main tinka. It is not possible , even if you bought a used handset, either the seller or the service provider would reset it to factory setting. It is one in many millions chance that you bought a handset which was sold by someone who could connect to your wife’s or fiancee’s or girl friend’s , BFF.
