What shall I do with the frozen cabbage soup in my freezer ? jk well they are healthy and if u eat those, u are avoiding certain other fatty food. Maybe they dont burn calories but they themself contain less, so they are safe to eat.

they might not burn fat but they are foods low in calories and nutrient dense, so good for you.
