Thank you so much to our other competitor, Shab-e-Hijar for her entry.
Mystery Basket will be back after next week with a special “Ramadan Edition”!!! There will be contests for the best iftaari, sehri and dinner dishes made out of the “mystery ingredients”. In the mean time, I’d like to hear from you all as to what tweaks/changes can be made to make this more participant friendly.

It would be a lot funner if a lot more people participated. I think why most people didn’t this time was because of shrimp, most people are iffy with shrimp. Looking forward to the Ramadan entries!
I think the ingridents that were something most people would have hard time making a dish out of. If you give something easier, stuff we use on regular basis (as desis), I think more people will participate. Yes it will be way too easy, but why make it hard.
