From last two year I was doing some gym and exercises, so had heavy structure even my walking style got changed and someone said me that you look like Sando aka Macho man. So I decided to go for medium structure and not a boggy boggy man. So, to get a medium structure with 6 packs, I started to take only fresh salad in dinner and continue my other routine [Gym (weight training) and Cardio] but nothing happened. So in next month (June) I increased my jogging time from 30 minutes to 1 hour and started it before sunset (temp 35+ C) and after this Gym (weight training). After one month I lost 6 Kg (13.5 Lbs) weight and 2.5 inches waist (I never had big fat bally).
Now in Ramdan I am doing the same in alternate days and MashaAllah I am perfectly fine.
My philosophy is very simple, I am used to do heavy breakfast and believe me it will not harm you at all. In Sehri I am taking Paraths with omelate & Yogurt and in Aftari taking simple water, water melon and fruit chat, before isha pray only taking chana chat and Alhamdulillah its going fine.
My advice to all who are doing some dieting that never give up breakfast but take very light dinner and you will get the result.
