hey guys thought id share with u guys a bit of my creation.. i designed my wedding cards. .. at no extra cost.. got them printed frm the smallest and dullest shop at pakistan chowk .. this is how u can make it cheap yet trendy.
got the wedding quotation on the top of the cover straight frm the internet just picked out my colour combis drew a sketch out of a the weddig card style got the matter sorted ad there we hav it!!
if anyone else has done the same with there wedding cards feel free to share
also the mehndi cards wer given to my in laws separately since it was our invitation. so i used the same style just cut down the colours and the size of the cards wer obviously smaller but the overall look was the same
here is wat they looked like..
i got them printed frm a shop called famous art printers.. now if u see tat shop it looks like trash trust me but i found better things there then at prism… so it was easier for them to understand wat i wanted!! ad since it was a tiny shop ad not very populer i took advantage of the price too:)
in the first card...its invitation for mehindi, baraat and walima...so you invite them for walima also...i thought for walima ...the groom side does the invitation
can you post the barrat invitation...i just want to see the timing...like what time for dinner and what time for rukhsati
no he first card was for our side of the family not for my inlaws... but we also gave them seperate invites for the mehndi cuz it was our function.. they had planned to giv us cards for the valima but then we dint want 2 different cards so we stuck to our own cards.. they had there own for 2 occasions wedding and valima we gave them the mehndi cards.. and on ourside we had cards for all 3 events.. simple
