My Vision of the World

Re: My Vision of the World

Evolution is required by man made laws, not Divine Laws, then I used US as a symbol which meant Western Democracy or their state laws which is followed by today's Pakistan or India.
I don't think there ever erupted any civil war against state laws for murder, robbery etc in Pakistan.

Our current system is failed because it hasn't been implemented, though the same law has been implemented by those from whom we imported these systems (i.e United Kingdom).
Therefore, if US or UK can successfuly implement their man-made-imperfect system of governance, why not shari'ah?

By the way, how many people in UK and US are willing to follow state laws?
Any statistical data in your knowledge?
For example how many people in UK and US are mocking at their state laws because they haven't welcome them from their hearts?

Re: My Vision of the World

^ It is exactly at this point the fledgling Ummah loses traction and fails to take off.

Re: My Vision of the World

We will not "wait", but we can work towards achieving it, it has to start from roots, without strong roots a tree won't stand.

Isn't enforcement of shari'ah a perfect remedy to eliminate all these menice from the society?
Some part you can eliminate, but the deep rooted corruption will resurface in other shapes.

I only have given an idea, it is not my wish and off course it is not the least probable that I can rule my nation.

Ideas are always welcome :)

The current players of the game have to be eradicated, they must be, if we want to save this nation.
How do you suggest we do that?
In other words, everyone would be terminated who comes in to stop shari'ah.
Lets have a "starting" point for all this.
Well, I didn't say what you are stating, I simply said that your point was the same as is brought by all anti shari'ah forces.
Thats why it is said to never jump to a conclusion prematurely.

Re: My Vision of the World

I agree Shariah law does not require "evolution", but when western laws evolved they evolved with people, by people. So you HAVE to take people along when implementing shariah. You can't just wake up one morning and announce from today we will follow shariah.

because our constitution/laws are still using 150 year old English laws. It will be very interesting to read the laws how they are "actually" written.

Because the implementing party is corrupt, they will fail ANY law you give them to implement.

It will be easy to look at the crime rate, no? When you talk to people individually do they conspire about robbing a bank? Do you not see them driving according to laws? Of course there are some people who are breaking laws but you will have to look at MAJORITY.... a vast majority follows the law, thats how you judge the system.

Do they also mock police implementing the law?

Re: My Vision of the World

That is what I meant which you didn't grasp. I meant that people in the US or UK (by majority) follow state laws because the law is enforced, and even if people don't want to stop at the red traffic signal, they have to, otherwise they would be giving penalty..
Shari'ah works on the same principle.
If you cross this limit and receive bribes from someone, you will be punished in whatsoever form.
If you are running a brothel house in Karachi or Lahore, and violating Rights of Allah, you will be punished.
And this fear of punishment or penalty, in both Western and Islamic laws of governance, discourages people to do crimes. Naturally, a shari'ah controlled state doesn't mean that all people in it would be sinless angels, off course there would be crime but the level of crime must be too low, because of the enforcement and blessings of the Shari'ah.

Moreover, I haven't finished this discussion, so I still have to talk about so many areas where we have to work, and I would like views and ideas of people in this board to correct me where needed and give their suggestions to achieve the goal of a Safe and Strong Muslim World.
