Could it be lack of blood circulation…try to do some exercises at home…or try taking some B6 or B12 vitamins…not sure which one.

Well it is natural to put on weight as you get older.
The key to staying thin is controlling calories. Surplus calories retained will lead to weight gain. So you need to either eat less or burn off the extra calories. Again try excercising. Also try eating foods that do not contain too much fat. Instead maybe increase your carbohydrates intake. Drink plenty of water. Also eat less and more often, this should also help in increasing your metabolism rate.

u know what i do...i don't eat for like 3 dayz and i lose like 3-4 poundz...:(
It is better to eat often and less then nothing for 3 days.
Get a cycling machine....its a good and easy way to burn off the calories.

Get a weight to height chart which will tell you if you are overweight or if you are just over-self conscious. Slightly overweight is fine.
