I don't know what to take with me....its going to be hot in Pakistan. I got a cap and some sunglasses, plus some mosquito repellent. Any suggestions?

I'll bring some bottles of french alpes minerval water with me. I don't have any family there, so lucky me. I have seen suncream with different numbers on, what does that mean?
