We are a new entrant in the marketplace and our objective is to be the market leader in our catchment area.
Employees are inefficient at times. We try to recruit the right people to begin with. When the person is employed he/she is on a probationary basis anyway for the first few months. When we notice inefficiency we give the person a verbal warning. followed by a second verbal warning and then a written warning and then the person is dismissed. Unless the grounds is gross misconduct where the dismissal is instant.

We continiously try to offer the best service to our clients and try to find ways to improve the service. We try to get feedback from previous clients to see how we have performed against many different yardsticks. Improving customer service is an ongoing process we are always looking to see how we can do things better. We take any negative feedback seriously and immediately try to address the concerns of the customer and to put systems in place to ensure that is does not happen again.

Before we employ a person we preapre a job specification for the role. We shortlist people for interviews. We then have trained people who interview the applicants. Sometimes we do role play and even put applicants on the spot to see how they react and how motivate they are to work with us.
We motivate people by offering them a generous financial package linked to how they perform. A good and pleasant working environment. A fair chance of progression. As much autonomy as we can within limits.
We have horizontal and vertical communications taking place within our organisation all the time.
We have a department head that is responsible for each department, that departs to the chief executive.

Employees are rewarded if they perform well and meet their targets or exceed their targets.
Customers …we offer them competive rates to begin with but also offer further discounts to larger customers. I think our fees and the level of customer service keep our customers loyal to us. We have a reputation for delivering and integrity in our dealings.

We do look for experienced but we also have our own training programme for people who have the skills that we are looking for but don't have any previous experience.

well but certain firms do look for experienced persons who are actually in z fields n even give training in order to make zem to do their work efficiently, do u also recruit like zis?

i was so shocked wen i saw zat sales manager, he was just like a BIF ELEPHANT
euh i knw its wrong 2 talk like zis but really it make me laught a lot!!
as soon as ive finished z interview, i couldnt stop laughing (people thought i was mad)
