I think it cant be simpler than this and (edible too - lol) :
Baby chicken: 1
Garlic: two cloves - finely chopped
Ginger: small piece - finely chopped
Green chillies: 4 - finely chopped
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon and salt 2 teaspoon.
4 chopped plum tomatoes
Fry chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies in oil for about 3 minutes and then fry the chicken in it for another 5 minutes and then add salt and black pepper and then add 4 chopped plum tomatoes and cook until chicken is tender.
Garnish with sliced ginger, parsley or coriander and sweet chilies!
