Re: My Trip to Pakistan
only cuz this monkey had the corn - ![]()
that reminds me of a funny story:
Back home in Pakistan, my lil bro (about 5 years old) loved eating corn, he loved it sooooo muchh that whenver “chali wala” ata - he starts to jump after waiting all day long for him
. and kambakt chali wala nain be woee route istmal karna start kar diya. One day - my bro ate sssooooo many of them he had a really bad tummy ache
. My mom asked my elder sis to run off to market and grab something for my lil bro. So I accomapnied her, anyway she ran from the house to the market about 300 meters away. As she was coming back, she fell half way - face up
- and broke her tooth in half (she was looking like a princesses then :D).
Anyhow, the moral of the story - Always wear mouth gaurd, you never know the next time you fall, your tooth might break. ![]()
Re: My Trip to Pakistan
i love your moral…i always keep a mouth guard in my pocket. you never know when you might need it..
i hope it was your sister’s baby tooth, and not her adult tooth.

Re: My Trip to Pakistan
Pic 1 - Waaga Border - for those that don't know...this is the border of Pakistan and India as I mentioned before..and every morning at sunrise and every evening at sunset they have this ceremony, where they'll raise the respective flags of the countries (morning) and take down the flags (evening)...it really is a sight to see!
Pic 2, 3, 4 - Waaga Border
Michael Palin in his book Himalaya says he thought Pak soldiers do a lot of nakhra and precision aggression. Indians are just bored with the whole thing.
Re: My Trip to Pakistan
^ ..aww..i think that's the best part about them.. :D the whole nakhra thing..it's cute..
Re: My Trip to Pakistan
