hey guyz i terribly need ur help on this issue . my teeth r yellow. i went to dentist for treatment : they give me a whitening product which i used like 1 nd half month…2 hrs each day. he give me a braces like plastic which was in shape of mine teeth nd i had to put a tube in it and put it on .the time i had it on , were really killin’ me totally gross. At end nothin’ changed .n teeth almost same now in deze dayz i’m doin’ all ‘garelu nuske’ . so i’m wondering whether any1 can come up with fab suggestions plz …
i really need ur’s help .

i haven’t been in touch with him lately but i remember he raved about it so try it and in each package here, i think we get 35 strips even if full results are seen in 20 days

These strips mostly contain peroxide.

Do not drink too much coffee/tea etc. Keep them clean. Follow general hygiene rules.

Very white teeth are unnatural and weak.

What diwana said is right. Floss twice a day and brush twice a day (properly) and it should help. With that being said I have thsoe strips and tried them and they work. Do not do the whole course though since it takes off the enamel from your teeth to give you those white teeth. I think 3-4 days of application of those strips will give you decent enough results and you should stop afterwards.

I have those Crest whitestrips...the ones you're supposed to leave on for 30 minutes, twice a day. I think you're supposed to use them for 2 weeks to get the desired result. I just apply them for a few days and my teeth look much whiter. I never apply them for the suggested 2 week duration and like libranrulz said...I wouldn't recommend it either.

^Same here. I used Crest Whitestripes Premium before my wedding.

But developing sensitivity is a real issue. You don't need to use them twice a day to get the results, if you use them everyday or every other day results will be the same but just take longer and it's much kinder on your teeth.

I just used them once a day (instead of twice) and not every single day for about 2 weeks. I kept the remaining sets for touch ups later.

Brush your teeth with dentonic powder and don't drink coffee/chai anymore. It really does help.

Hey maybe next time you’re at dentist, you can ask him to check how many teeth you have…I know you were confused about that earlier in the year coughsciencequizcough :rotfl:

the crest whitestrips cost 35 US dollars and i did a quick google search and found that professional teeth whitening is around $400 at the dentist.

i read a review on the whitestrips and the reviewer said that a person with very sensitive teeth shouldn’t use them. but then there were others that said they had no issues with sensitivity with the product.
i guess i’ll have to try it myself to find out
