My story that I’m writing for school is called the white ribbon. White Ribbons are sometimes used as a symbol of victims of terrorism.
The story starts off with a young Muslim Palestian boy who goes to school. He has an ugly face and is badly judged by the other kids. His father is a peacemaker, and the boy is interested in politics. He notices the chaotic world around him and goes to pray for peace everynight. He is visited by a talking dove - who becomes his best and only friend. One night the dove runs away and the little boy chases after it. He runs into a little Jewish Israeli boy. They don’t nkow that they’re sposed to hate each other. The little Jewish boy becomes his first human friend, and then his best friend. The little Jewish boy also save’s Palestian boy’s life somehow but I haven’t figured it out yet. Then one day little PA boy’s father is killed in a suicide bombing. Little PA boy joins a terrorist school because he needs food. He learns how to hate. He merges into the chaos of terrorism and becomes a young teenaged soldier. ISraeli boy learned to hate PA boy. Bwahh. Then somehow they are both in danger and they must forget their differences and unite to survive. Then PA boy save little Israeli boy’s life. They both witness the atrocities of both sides. How children become terrorists. And how all this fighting hurts the precious children. And the meanness of predjudice. Meanwhile, little PA boy’s brother who becomes a radical only meets his own fate. Little PA boy teaches little IS boy’s family to not hate him. In the end a whole bunch of children from a whole bunch of countries join together and sing a song and their two families become good friends.
yeah this story is so much in development. I’ve been skimming over it. does it sound stupid? ![]()
