Its just a sad state of affairs. People have grown so intolerant that they cant even let someone share their views on their beliefs anymore.
Since Codey provided some interesting analogies (i.e. superman), I'd also relate what this thread deipts. A young and brilliant guy presenting his unique and radical views to the world. The world cant take it. The smart ones choose to either ignore him, or suppress him. The not-so-smart ones lacking the brains to counter his argument just mock him and try to harm him physically. Now this hasn't happened in this thread, but because of all this, the young innovative chap buckles under all this negativity and instead of becoming a superman, he becomes Lex Luthor!
