I have noticed tht when am not using my mouse like m typing da cursor moves upwards by itself on the screen …how come :S wots wrong???its been like this since it was new..is it cuz of dirt…??i had the laser mouse tooo sumfin went wrong with tht one so m using this one now…HELP:bummer:

firs install hitman and run it. This will take some time.
If this doesnt solve the problem check the mouse driver settings and search for "snap to" (or something like that :D ) and turn it off. ( start--> control pannel---> mouse)
If its a laser mouse make sure there isnt anyting red under the mouse.

Or: Is it a laptop or a desktop? If it is a laptop, go to BIOS and disable integrated mouse (joystick).

it seems you have a ball mouse, and yea its probably because of dirt. i would get an optical mouse, if not, open the mouse up and clean the rolling pins in with a small needle. often with ball mouse's alot of sticky dirty gets jammed up there causing the mouse to act funky.

must be a pagal chooha.
BTW, happens with most of MS Windows. Never happened to non-Windows based OS. I think its mostly to do with drivers.
