well because they have strict rules and stuff, i went 7 o clock and stood in line and got my passport at 5 in the evening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my passport a couple of years ago....went to their office in the city and paid a premium amount, filled out all the forms and then went back a few hours later and picked up the passport.
