They used to but according to Gizzy bhaiyaa:hugz: they can’t now after the last GS update

Admins can see private journals, mods can't. However as a matter of policy admins don't go arond reading private journals. They will only enter journals if the owner asks them to delete certain things.

Let me add: there is a private journal and a private 'entry'.
The private entries in any journal cannot be viewed by any admin either.
