Howcome everybody inhere (men and women) prefer to say which brands they have. Kinda pathetic actually if you think about it
Sentences like:
I love my Diesel jeans
I dig my Armani shirt.
I cannot live without my LV scarf.
are really useless.
jaise stuff without a 100 $ take arent good
So the basic purpose of saying something like that is showing how much money have right? Armani has more then 1000 different shirts and if some one will tell me he/she bought an Armani shirt I really wont be able to ‘picture’ the shirt in my mind.
But unlike most inhere, I have plenty clothes without a brand. There is one tag inside with the size and how to wash it
See its not that hard.
I bought a t-shirt just last week. The tag inside was size M. And it could be washed up to 60 degrees Celsius.

Others will go for quality over quantity, so they’ll spend $100++ on a pair of jeans rather htan $35-40.. So jeans, slacks, winter coats, even shoes that u needt o wear for work, i can understand if u’d spend more $$ on, coz u need to wear them all the time..
Btw, xpensive for u may be cheap for another,a nd cheap for u may be xpensive for someone.. like for me Gap and Express and H&M are affordably higher priced.. but for someone else, its incredibubly cheap

Saraji. I am not saying its wrong to buy them, I mean if you want something just buy it But people do like to such stuff. It s not really showing off. Its more like something uhmmm shallow?

I talked to this aunty and uncle a while ago. And they asked me to visit me whenever I came to pakiland. So I asked them where they lived. They told me it was defence. Not Lahore or karachi or Islamabad, no they live in Defence!

DP, that is a pretty normal response for people moving here from Pakistan. Everybody is conveniently from Defence. :)
Seriously though, who cares? I've come across quite a few people like that. Most people see right through it. So I just ignore them and carry on with my own life since what they are saying in no way affects me.
