Its good. Only catch is by the time it becomes your avatar, all that will remain of it is this:

newspaper cutting lagti hai, add some colour to it....
well, it's a good picture BUT: First of all it's black and white picture and color will be better because when you decrease the size of this picture to your avatar size (40 x 40), no one will be able to see what it is. so have a bigger picture that even if you decrease the size, you'll still be able to see the face.
by the way i have requested Mr custom twice to change my avtar, he hasn't responded once, any idea to why?
