O.k, i have very dry lips. Seriously, my lips r so dry,at times they’d bleed. And after struggling with this for so many years i finally found a way to get rid of this problem.
Day time: Wear chap stick frequently.
For outings: First apply chap stick and after that a coat of nude pink lip gloss, but it has to be water shine not creamy. Then apply coat of a darker shade from red to pink (i use maybelline shine seduction lip color in red magic). Slightly join the lips n let go. Viola!

Vaseline doesn't work dat good. Its greasy and doesn't suit my lips skin at all.

lighter/neutral shades of lipstick make lips look more fuller. Whereas darker shades of lipstick makes lips appear thinner.
Putting a dot of lip gloss in the center of your lower lip also creates the illusion of fullness.

Try the following for chapped lips - u'll have softer lips within 24 hours.
Dry brush ur lips before bedtime, and then apply honey on ur lips for 10-15 mins. Remove/wash the honey and apply vaseline.

Place a little concealar on the outer line of lip, use a lighter shade if you want them to look plump, make sure you cover all of your lips.
Use some lip gloss in the center of your lips.
Plumpness!

my fav lip balm from bath and body works is the best! that's the name by the way- altho it really is my fav lip balm

A light shade at first and then a dash of a dark shade..not complete application. The dot thing works with the dark shade. my lips r fuller and plumpier.
Dark colors give the illusion of a smaller mouth though.. a dab of platinum highlighter to the fullest part of u're lower lip or a clear gloss will give u the plump/juicy effect.

well... i have small lips and nude shades or light shades make my lips seem smaller than darker shades but i use those when i have dark eye make up on
but of course i always wear darker shades with a bit of gloss or it looks too flat
so for me darker shades make my lips look a lot fuller

Result is slightly darker than the pic. I tried a lot but lighting just didn’t let me take a perfect shot.
oh and one more important thing. How fuller your lips seem also depends on the actual shape of your lips. mine is a cupid’s bow shape.

well a very new method i use
mix glycerin 4 drops in 3 drops of lemon and rub on ur lips
thn after 5 min,remove extra with the help of tissue paper
u will see a gr8 diff
