Just a little tip people: When ordering clothes always give the wrong dates so you gte your clothes on time :D

So xenab has now advised my outfit is still not complete...I ordered nearly 7 weeks ago...each time I receive a email from her she advises nearly complete...the last email advised it would be further 6 days to complete it fully....we are on day 8 and it isn't still completed.

Iv now given up on her and asked her to just send it when completed I've had enough of chasing her up and getting different stories.

She did send me pics of the kamiz which I have to say was really nice And I do have to say her clothes r really nice as my sister has ordered before and I can't say anything bad about her designing or stitching as it is really good.

But chasing her up continuously. And not sticking to timescales are the only thing that have put me of her.

The clothes were for sisters wedding and once my outfit was complete my sisters wanted to order same but I don't think that will happen as I don't even no when I will receive clothes.

And now we are in week 8 of me dealing with xenabs atelier...I emailed her last week and advised her to send the outfit when was completed as I can't be bothered dealing with her anymore...she still hasn't had the courtesy to send it out...how it can take two months to complete it is beyond me...

My sister ordered from proto a bridal outfit and she completed it within 4 weeks and sent it out..she was prompt with her emails back and kept her updated throughout the designing of the outfit...excellent customer service...maybe Zenab needs to learn a few points about customer service from these other designers...

Mehr sultan another designer from Karachi has managed to send my outfit out within 4 weeks again the timescale she advised and kept me updated and was prompt in replying to emails...

However Zenab who is also from Karachi seems to give the same excuses....strikes etc

How come other designers from the same
state as Zenab manage to complete the orders and she doesn't.

Just a note Zenab you will continue to lose customers if you provide the same service you are doing.

Omgg!! more than 2 months to complete 1 outfit?? this is RIDIC!!
What amazaes me most is that her CS compeltely sucks , she odesnt have the time ot even reply to one simple email, yet she has all the time in the world to frequently update her FB page with all sorts of offers nad discounts and deals and what not! What’s the point of it all when she can’t even manage the orders which she has in hand??:grumpy:

I emailed xenab and my outfit is finally complete.

She sent me the pictures and it is gorgeous.brilliant designing and work has been done on it....Xenabs clothes are always gorgeous bt only prob is her timescales and Cs skills.she herself is a nice person and always polite even though at times myself sent her many frustrated emails.

It did take a while to complete bt I can't fault the outfit...it was gorgeous from pics she sent xactly how I imagined it to be...:)

glad its being sorted Uzma but the thing is her customer service does suck! i placed one order with her and to be honest the whole thing was grief and hassle. I order alot of stuff online and even though my outfit finally arrived (after the event) i still am very unlikely to order from her again

Just to update..my outfit is due to be delivered today can’t wait to see it…I wanted to order the same thing for my daughter.was wary at first because of how long it took for me to receive mine.i emailed xenab and she advised she had changed the people who do embroidery and we wouldn’t have same problem and she would be able to complete my daughters outfit in two weeks.

Xenab has so far kept to her word :slight_smile: I’ve not had to email her since putting order through.
she has been sending me regular emails and she has set photos of completed embroidery which has been done in about 5 days.

The feedback has done good as her customer service this time round I can’t fault has been brilliant :k:

We apologize to anyone who has received bad customer service from us or has had to wait for a much extended period than we promised for our work. We try our level best to make sure every client is happy, and have now improved our customer service more, and have now installed a new team of workers who get the work done in one fifth the time earlier. Whenever we did have issues in regards to protests, the workers never showed up, which created massive issues for our orders and our business suffered terribly because of it, hence the further issues, which is why we would like to apologize to everyone who suffered due to this. Inshallah we will work towards creating better work with better timelines. All forms of criticism is welcome, as that is the only way we will learn to work better:)
