I am writing on this forum due to the high level of frustration that I am going thorugh!! 

I had ordered 2 dresses ( actually wanted to order 4 but because of the service I ordered only 2 from her) to wear to my cousin’s wedding.
For the Mehendi, I had sent her a picture of the outfit which I liked. So she told me that she will be designing the dress herself along the lines of the dress pic which I had sent. We discussed the color combination, kaam, fabric materials etc. I had asked her to send me the sketches of the dress which she was going to be designing so that I atleast had an idea as to how the dress will look like. And for the valima, I sent her another pic, for which I asked her to make a replica of it.
So here goes the issues whoch I had with her :
First of all, She is extremely slow in replying to emails. She would reply to one email like after 4 days and then when I would send her a reply to her reply , she would take another 3-4 days to reply to that. Waiting for a reply for 4 days is extremely frustrating, esp when I had given her a deadline. . ..I needed the dress within 3 weeks and she had agreed that she would be able to have them ready by then. I was dealing with Proto at the same time, and she was replying to my mails almost instantly.
I really don’t know if she was purposely ignoring my mails or what because she was replying to the mails which my cousin had sent to her. I would like send her 2-3 reminder emails to get a reply. And her reply was like – “ Oh im so sorry Nadia I had actually replied but it got saved to my Drafts by mistake”. Are you kidding me?
And she has given me this excuse like atleast 2-3 times.
I could figure out that she was definitely checking her emails because a) she was replying to my cousin’s emails and b) was posting on FB and replying to the comments on her FB Page – so there’s no way that she was not checking her mails at that time
***Secondly, ***She had promised that she will be sending me sketches for the dress which she was designing. And guess what? She DID NOT!! I asked her so many times to atleast send me pics of the dress which she was designing so that I atleast had an idea. But no, she completely ignored that!

She did send me a pic or 2 of the fabric sample or gala sample etc – but that really doesn’t help!! How am I supposed to imagine a dress if you only show me a kapra sample to be used?
She had asked me to send the payment by Monday….fine…I sent it by Sunday itself and sent her an meail immediately with the payment details. Atleast have the courtesy to acknowledge the email and reply that the funds have been received or not.

Today is the 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] already and I need the outfits to be “delivered” to me by the 25[SUP]th[/SUP]. I had sent her an email on Thursday and then another reminder email again today and even sent her messages on FB for which she has not bothered to reply back. This is really very annoying. If she hasnt sent the dresses yet, then there is nooo way I will be able to receive them by day after tomorrow:teary3:
I haven’t seen the dresses yet – but even if they’re really good – it really does not make up fpr the lack of service that she has provided. The basic service - of replying to emails promptly - if that itself is not there, how can your customer be comfortable in dealing with you?
