In order to get flaky parathas, when you have rolled out the paratha and spread the ghee on it, sprinkle over it with some flour before rolling it up again - this will ensure crispy layers. ![]()

I second this tip : I got it off of Sanjeev Kapoor's cooking show. He made some other paratha (rajasthani or something) using this but i tried it with normal ones we make and it works!!!
