my paratha tip

In order to get flaky parathas, when you have rolled out the paratha and spread the ghee on it, sprinkle over it with some flour before rolling it up again - this will ensure crispy layers. :yummy:

I second this tip : I got it off of Sanjeev Kapoor's cooking show. He made some other paratha (rajasthani or something) using this but i tried it with normal ones we make and it works!!!
