Travel in Pakistan is a different experience for females of various following categories, in descending order of safety and tushi kissing by the public.
Rich white female
Poor white female
Rich brown female
Rich black female
Poor brown female
Poor black female
The same also applies to pretty much any other third world country.

Actually it is not. There is a saying in sindhi which goes something like

i.e. the more camels you have in your caravan the more they shake around and the more stuff you break. India tends to be in the news a lot because they have more camels than us.
We have our share of shameful characters. They're just not highlighted in the news as much.

The camels on each side of the borders are bhai-bhai. The only difference is that, as far as I know, no foreign female tourist has been raped and/or killed in Pakistan but then again India has way way way more female tourists compared to Pakistan.
