This is my point exactly to the designers…you are performing a paid service…if there an exchange of money involved then seller has certain responsiblities…to do the work as specified and to make sure that the customer receives the goods…it is not enough to say that THIS WAS A MISHAP…yes mishaps to happen but it is ultimately resolve these matters in a timely matter…an answer from the seller saying it is not my fault…is not acceptable!
