Would you happen to know if Mrs. Sabiha's husband
worked at Khaleej Times because if he did I might
happen to know her.
i WISH i knew and i could tell you :( Sorry i don't know about her husband working at Khaleej Times, which isn't to say that he didn't. i just don't know, i never asked her.
Physically, what i remember about her is that she was tall, slim, and she had a long choTi.
Her first two children passed away in a plane crash while they were coming back from Hajj (may Allah rest their souls in peace). She had one daughter after them.

Allah ki qasm, this is my school. You can even write to them and verify it for yourself. i was there from ~ 1985 to 1991…roughly grade 2 to the first half of grade 8, when Mrs. Najma was the VP. i know some of the teachers will still remember me (as will Mrs. Najma), because our contact extended beyond the school gates. A few of them were friends with my mother as well. It’s really my school My favourite one.
These pics were taken two months ago so i didn’t have a camera back then either.

wow ! I can't believe it..my mom was a teacher there for like 20 years. She taught 9 and 10 th grade math. However I do remmember Mrs Salma, and rukhsana

Yes, Mrs. Tajwar was the English teacher. Yes she was very pretty Masha'Allah. She was my English teacher in grade 7, i think, or grade 6. Mrs. Salma was my Urdu teacher. i was kindof scared of her, but she was nice.
GupshupkiAunty, Aap bhi jaati theen issi school main ? i never thought i'd find old school friends on gs. These buses are new. They weren't around when i was there. We had buses, but they were older model...although still painted white and green.
