La = lay kar Aaa
Belle = Bail (Bull)
Dame = damm
Sans = saans laina
Merci = Marr jao ( in punjabi)

so,

La Belle Dame Sans Merci. = Lao Bail ko, damm lainay do, saans lainay do kaheen marr na jai
