My hubby is having high bloodpressure nd cholestrol level so these days he is on fruits nd vegges only. I made a shake in my juicer but he hated it.
Im in Saudiarabia so shipping charges will be too much for us. Can you recomend any other brand?
no i was using regular blender. The small coffee shops where you get fresh juices also use blender. But in my case i dont strain it. Just add water to make it like a medium juice drinkable by straw.

Sounds good! I make mine with frozen mango, banana, a cup of pineapple and a bunch of baby spinach and kale with water and ice. The mango and pineapple really balances out the bitterness from the kale.... very healthy and promotes weight loss!
Mango and banana is fattening as well so I alternate days where I put both, or only one, sometimes throw in berries instead. You can mix and match till you get to a combo that works well for you!

I noticed a difference.
I do this about twice a day:
one orange
half an apple or pear
raw spinach - a nice handful
sometimes i add some grapes or berries if i have any
maybe a touch of ginger if you want...my mom told me i should try to add some ginger
water and ice
blend until its a complete puree and then enjoy! i personally love juices and smoothies so it works soo well for me.
i love this in the morning...super quick...lots of energy...no dizziness...and my skin has improved as well.
