Ok..there you go the painted version 
I went with the traditional colors, I was thinking of painting the top coperish red but then just ended up painting it all green. Also the colors after scanning do look a little bit different.

you mean the arms?
well i don't have any technique, i just use free hand and i never hold the pencil stiff, just keep it loose and let your hand move freely. In the beginning I used make them with small pencil strokes and then neat it once I get the shape. After few tries I got a hold of it, rest I am not really good at making body parts myself, therefore you don't see any head :D
