My nephew is looking for a job.

He is in Karachi , Pakistan. I solicited help of some of my friends to find him a job. They are all head over heels to help him, Alhumdulillah. May Allah reward them highly for this. Ameen.
Now my question is if he ends up getting a job with their help , and it is not his dream job , how long should he stick around to that job before he starts looking for that dream job of his ?
I do not want to antagonize my friends if he joins that job works there for a couple of months and gets some better offer and quits.
Am I too sensitive about it ?
I am sure I will not be mad if something like this happens but I want to get public opinion about it .

Let me tell you one more thing , his skills , experience and education all are high in demand in Pakistan . It is bad economy which is hurting him for now.

Re: My nephew is looking for a job.

I'd feel bad if someone I recommended for a position leaves it at the first 'better' opportunity.

Antagonizing your friends is a matter of your relations with them but job hopping would not reflect good on one's CV anyways. Sometimes, a jump of, say, Rs.10,000, earlier in career hurts you in the long run.
