The story of an Indian man who moves to America and is belatedly diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome is an engaging, well-acted film.Karan Johar’s “My Name Is Khan” is a sweeping epic in the melodramatic Bollywood manner yet emerges as a potent, engaging and timely entertainment.
Shahrukh Khan stars as Rizwan Khan, whose Asperger's syndrome goes undiagnosed until the death of his loving mother sends him off to San Francisco to live with his younger brother, whose psychologist wife makes the diagnosis.
There is no words to describe this movie...truely an amazing experience. Shah Rukh Khan...wow..what a performence! Great message in the movie, and some very moving scenes...definetly one of my all time favorties now.
Watched it on the day it was released. Was pretty good! Though slightly overhyped so personally perhaps wasn’t AS good as I had expected it to be Very moving at parts though
Not as good as 3Idiots...for some reason i didn't cry with the characters nor felt any other emotions like i did in the past movies like KHNH, KKHH, K3G...but a good movie no doubt...should watch it...and yes Shahrukh Khans acting was different as well as good but as my mother said if Amir was given this role he would have done God knows what...no one can beat him in todays time.
