I decided to go on vacation and have been working full time, reading, hanging out with friends. I'm so tired by the end of the day that I go to sleep as soon I lay down, whereas before I was driving myself crazy by analyzing and overanalyzing everything. At the risk of sounding hypocritical: try to move on. Time heals all wounds so if you keep yourself busy, you'll ralize that the pain improves after some time. best of luck
